Completely remodeled in 2023, this spotless 4 BR / 3 Bath single level condo in Elkhorn Springs includes access to the Elkhorn amenities including seasonal pools, tennis, and discount to the Elkhorn Golf Course. Year round access to the on site Hot Tub and Elkhorn community hot tub and sauna is also included.
Please note this property does not have air conditioning which is the norm in the Wood River Valley area.
LOCATION: The condo is less than 5 minutes to Dollar Mountain and the Sun Valley resort while Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum are less than a 10 minute drive. For those without a vehicle, the building is on the bus route for easy and free transportation around the area.
LIVING AREA: Relax on the huge wrap around couch or leather chair in front of the gas fireplace and 65" TV with cable and Apple TV after a long day at play.
DINING AREA: Adjacent to the Living Area, the dining area enjoys mountain views and comfortably seats 8 or up to 10 with leaf extension
KITCHEN: This large and fully equipped Kitchen offers plenty of room to prep and cook your favorite meals along with counter seating for 2.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Head out the sliders from the Living area or Dining area to enjoy the mountain views or use the Gas Grill The high top table seats 2.

High end finishings throughout home including kitchen. Easy to access, very spacious and comfortable. Hosts were helpful and attentive. Enjoyable stay!

We had an amazing stay! Everything that one would need was at our finger tips. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully appointed . The location was so great for the proximity of all we wanted to do. The walking paths were also wonderful for being able to go out for a run or take the kids to sled! We had such a great stay and would 100% return.
