Living Area
The Living Area features an Upholstered Sofa and two Chairs in front of the River Rock Wood Burning Fireplace with Baldy views to the west. A Wet Bar is conveniently located between the living area and dining areas.
Gourmet Kitchen and Dining Area
Fully equipped, the kitchen features concrete countertops, built-in Refrigerator, Gas Range, a Hand Hammered Copper Sink, Microwave and Baldy Views. Both a Nespresso and a regular coffee maker are available for your coffee preference. The large Island provides ample space for meal prep as well as counter seating for 3 with TV and Baldy views.
The adjoining Dining Area comfortably seats 6 with spectacular Bald Mountain views and access to the furnished patio.
