Located in the Sun Valley Resort Village, this 3 BR / 3 Bath Sun Valley Snow Creek Condo is the perfect spot for your next summer or ski vacation or while attending the Sun Valley Symphony, Writers' Conference, or Jazz Festival.
This 2-level 1,680 SF quiet condo sits at the base of Dollar Mountain and is attached to only one other condo- providing privacy for guests. The sleeping accommodations are located on the lower level while the kitchen, living, and dining areas are located on the upper level.
LIVING AREA: The living area features Cathedral Ceilings, Flat Screen TV, and a Wood Burning Fireplace. The large Sectional Couch and (2) Chairs comfortably seat 6. Sliders off the Living Area lead to the seasonally furnished Balcony looking out onto Dollar Mountain.
UPDATED KITCHEN: The updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances is large and well equipped. Counter seating for two is a great spot for a casual snack. The nook off the kitchen surrounded by windows is furnished with a small table and two chairs may act as another casual dining area or desk area.
DINING AREA: Adjacent to the Kitchen and Living Area, the Dining Area seats 6.
OUTDOOR LIVING (furnished summer only): Head out to the furnished Deck with Gas Grill for al fresco dining or enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio off either of the King or Queen bedroom suites.
